The Killing Ground Episode 2

Hay ya’ll!! I’m thinking I should put a superhero, like Batman, or an antihero, like Deadpool/Death stroke/John McClain in here! Comment and I might add one in the next episode! FYI I will not have any curse words in this!! This is a clean story! Ok?

“You know how hard it’ll be, right?” The Boss said.

“Yes! Now tell me this ‘great plan’ of yours so that I can point out all the flaws and for your information, I’ll say ‘bing’ every time I find a flaw!” I said angrily.

“Fine! First: you break into his house.”

 “Bing.”

 “Second: you kill him.”

 “Bing.”

 “Third: you escape.”

 “Bing.”

 “Any questions?”

“Just three. One: how do I get in? Two: how do I kill him? And three: how do I escape? Hmmm?”

“That’s your problem!” The boss said.

I surveyed the file again.

“This explains who Jonathan Hitchcock is and where he lives right?” I asked.

“It should!” was the quickly short idiots’ response.

I slammed the door in his face.

After waking up, I had been moved into a small apartment with a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a living room. I had more or less turned the living room into my battle room. I had cooked a delicious meal of hamburgers and French fries for my self, but now they sat neglected as I planned my assassination.

I glanced through the file. Jonathan Hitchcock was a billionaire. Tech industry. He was married. His wife had died in a car crash three years ago. He now lived comfortably in a 2 million dollar mansion in the UAE. He had thirty private bodyguards on duty at all times. No kids.

I picked up my notebook with all my ideas on how to get in, kill him, and escape.

On the first page, it read: How to get in- Pose as a guard. Sky-dive onto the roof. Fight my way in.

I decided that posing as a guard would be a stupid decision. And fighting my way in would be even stupider. That left Sky-dive onto the roof.

On the second page, it read: How to kill him- Knife. Silenced pistole. Set up timed explosives. Heckler & Koch HK416.

A knife would offer a silent kill but in the event of an unexpected meeting, it wouldn’t do.

Timed explosives would also work, but they would be noisy, damaging to the outside of his premises, and would force the rest of the city into a panic about the murder.

But the Heckler & Koch HK416, with an added silencer, would be perfect. It could have a high-capacity magazine it would be the perfect weapon.

On the third page, it read: How to escape-Run. Kill everyone. Paraglide of off his mansion.

Running would be dumb, but effective. I could run to an escape car. But a car and footprints could be tracked.

Killing everyone didn’t feel like my style. Plus I wanted as few casualties as possible.

But paragliding was a perfect way. After all, the mansion he owned was a five-story thing. Besides, he lived on the fifth floor, beneath the roof. He even had a skylight that allowed access to the roof!

I sent for the things I would need: A parachute, a Heckler & Koch HK416 with a silencer, and a paraglider.

I walked into the bedroom, which was furnished with a king-size bed, a Samsung 8k TV and a Bose sound system. I plugged my phone, which had been given back after I said yes to the mission, into the sound system and started playing Relapse: Refill by Eminem.

I then walked into my kitchen and started cooking my dinner. Right around Insane started I felt a tap on my shoulder. I spun around and punched a person I had never seen before in the face. I noticed the silenced Heckler & Koch gun in his hand and dove into my bedroom.

I scrabbled for the gun on top of the TV counter while the man stood up and ran into my bedroom. I opened fire on him.

He was hit once in the chest, one in the leg, once in the arm, and twice in the head. He didn’t last a second longer. I walked over to him and realized he was a delivery boy. Oh well, the boss could hire another one. But tonight, I thought, tonight I go to the UAE.

  1. So glad this was a clean story dylandes. It actually made laugh and your tension was well built. I really liked the part were he was going through the different plan options. My favorite line was “I spun around and punched a person I had never seen before in the face.” XD
